When I downloaded this for the trial I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it actually is! You have to do a lot of things before reaching and completing an objective - so good value game! The puzzles can be quite challenging. The sound isn't great and could be improved, however, no issues with playing it. I enjoyed it so much I purchased the game and am still playing it. This game is good for all levels of expertise and I highly recommend it.
Based on 2 hours play. This game brings it all to the gaming table. Really great Standard Edition game. Fun, interesting, lots of different aspects to the story. Graphics are easy on the eye but nothing to write home about. Music is nothing special. But because of the great puzzles and interactive sections and many different story aspects it really held my interest...in fact had a hard to time pausing to go to bed even though I am really tired! Nice work...will be keeping my eye out for more from this developer. Thanks BF! :)
This game is a unique as far as puzzles go, a lot of I haven't come across before, and I enjoyed them very much....some took me quite a while to solve The game opened in widescreen...a definite plus, hate having to change things There are 3 modes of play : Easy - Expert - Pro...Expert players will love this game as there is no hand holding at all....no sparkles, no hints and no skips I played the Easy mode where hints charged in about 15 seconds and not much longer for skips I quite like the HOS as well....lists, silhouettes and find one thing to open or find another object but done differently than the norm There are no voice overs, which I didn't mind for a change, not an overly lot of dialogue to read either Graphics were good without being spectacular. Story and music were a bit bland but that didn't bother me because the puzzles were so good Very good HOPA [Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure]. I'm quite stubborn when it comes to puzzles and don't skip unless I've strained the 'little grey cells' but I had to skip a couple. Puzzle lovers will really enjoy this game
You wake up in a panic, you had a horrible dream that your sister was being chased by pure evil, you call her and there's no answer! It's off to your twin sisters house, the house you grew up at to search for clues. Flashbacks come rushing back, when your parents died, Anna began to have problems talking about other worlds, and you discover she was right, the doctors in a psychiatric hospital had experimented on her and she's in trouble! Nothing will stop you now in this game you have an excellent story, great graphics, and just the right amount of challenge. There are a lot of mini games and some of them are a little frustrating but there's always the skip button! The HOS are a mixture of list finds and finding an object that fits the shadow in your inventory. There are lot's of things to do in each scene so it won't get boring, I am definitely using a credit on this one because I have to finish the story!
I adored this game, the hidden object scenes were a blast too. I wish all games were this perfectly clear. It is a buyer.
This game is very challenging . I would tell others about this game .
excellent I bay a lot of the games [hidden object] games
As far as a SE Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure games go, this one proves to be one of the better ones that we have seen lately. Our story begins with disturbing nightmares about your twin sister who you soon discover is missing. You find yourself back at your abondoned childhood home where you uncover clues that lead you to uncovering a dark secret about your childhood and your family. Are you trapped in some horrible alternative reality or are you just in an asylum? While you search for answers, you find yourself a prey for a very sinister villain. Despite mediocre graphics that look slightly dated, no voice-overs and no map, this game still managed to keep my interest going. Im sure graphics could have been better, sharper, but sound effects and the music made for a very chilling atmosphere. With three levels of difficulty settings, you find yourself in a dark world with a varity of interactive HO scenes, challenging puzzles and an interesting storyline that made me buy this HOPA after 30 minutes of gameplay. Hardcore players will enjoy the level of challenge that this game offers. I especially loved solving some of the HO scenes which were not as easy as they looked: finding silohettes and then using them on other items. Mini-games were intricate and interesting, some required patience and some elbow grease. Despite the graphics and the simplicity of the style of game, it offers a good adventure that I look forward to playing later tonight, with lights off and headphones on.
Played 35 minutes, easy - 3 modes, easy, expert, pro - No voice overs - Notebook - Hint is useful outside H0 and refill nearly instantly in easy mode - Skip button, fills real quick, still easy mode - H0, not too many of them, your interact, in some you have to perform an action before being able to enter it, in others you have to find silhouettes and use the object to get next next one. Quite fun. - Quite a few mini games, regular ones, not over difficult up till what I've played - Good graphics - Music a bit loud and slightly repetitive You have a nightmare about your sister and decide to visit her. :O, surprise, surprise, she has disappeared !!! You investigate. This looks like a nice SE and I will spend a punch card credit on it.
Solid game, quick moving with lots of puzzle variety, some challenging too. Tasks very adventure-based & some nice settings, esp, in the fantasy world. Lovely artwork overall but sound is limited. No voiceovers, but that didn't bother me. Odd is I quite enjoyed the hos--usually I hate them. Some hos here were like mini-puzzles, very clever, & not too many hos & all beautifully drawn. Story is reasonable but not deep. Best is game is fun to play. Took me @ 5 hours on expert, skipped one puzzle only. Well worth the price IMO, esp for adventure-puzzler fans! Good hint system too.
