Absolutely one of the best match 3 games ever.

This is one of the best match 3 games ever developed. I have played through it a dozen or more times. Challenging and fun. The story line is very engaging. Tournament level is fantastic. You play against people around the world in real time. This is my favorite part of JQ2. The only annoying part is the music. Luckily, you can mute the music without muting the sound effects.

Best Ever

I believe this is the best game I ever bought. I've had it for several years and still play on it almost daily. You can play until it gets so hard you can't make it any farther.I'm on super hard 2-1 and I think it's the end of the line for me but I keep trying.

I like these games

Some of these games I bought in German, but this I bought in English. It's a fight with myself and somtimes I try my skills in tounament.

Jewel Quest II

The second game in the jewel quest series, which includes both Quest and Tournament modes. Gameplay requires turning all tiles to gold. Story progresses by way of journal entries using hand-drawn graphics and handwritten notes. Chapters include Rupert's Heartbreak, Emma's Apology, Grenard's Revenge, Hani's Regret, and Back to Africa. Nice progression of boards with increasingly difficult challenges. No option to disable timer, so some boards require multiple tries to master.

love hidden object games

this game is very mind challenging but very easy to play its matching 3 colors up any one and evey one should play this game.....

My favorite match three and puzzle game

This game gives hours of fun and is not a quick run through like some of them. I am stuck on level 3-6 if anyone has suggestions. There are truly some puzzles that take some strategy and thinking.

Not bad, but know they do better in the future

This is the second game in the Jewel Quest series, which includes Quest and Tournament modes. Overall, I found this game a bit monotonous as you are playing the same boards over and over again, with slight deviations [eg monkeys, gold coins, etc]. To actually move around the board feels clunky. Instead of just sliding around the board, you actually have to click twice to move anything - got on my nerves after a while. Once you reach 99 specials and 20 lives, unfortunately that's where you stay, although your total points do go up. I found that out on Level 2. I've finished this game now, however I don't think I will play it again. However, I have played the later Jewel Quest games numerous times. This is a very easy game to play and therefore would be perfect for a new or intermediate player who wants to get the experience. I have played all the other Jewel Quest games and know that they do get a lot better than this - in both story line and graphics.

Not that old nasty timer again

When will the developers of these games learn to make it with and without the timer. There are some of us that are a lot slower than the young people. You hate to buy a game you never can finish. I would love this game but even before the trial ran out I almost lost my time so its a no buy for me. Why can't the developers take some of these time games and go back into them and change it, really don't know if that can be done, but a lot more people would buy.

still an excellent game

I always like to have a M3 game on the go and my favourites are the Jewel Quest range. As I had completed all the games and I wanted something to play I decided to go back through them. As you would expect they have come along way since they started but I still really liked this one. It had a good level of difficulty without ever feeling it was impossible. If you are just starting out on the Jewel Quest, I would recommend starting with this one.

The variety of board styles is great

I really liked this game. It kept me entertained for hours and hours while visiting family for a week. Lots of different styles made for enjoyable play time.
