A Howling Good Time!

I enjoyed the first Shadow Wolf Mystery and really looked forward to returning to the De la Fer estate. Sometimes sequels can be a disappointment but not this one! The adventure is bigger, better and more exciting than ever! The graphics are beautifully drawn and the animated cut scenes really get you involved in the story. Gameplay is fairly linear with clearly defined hidden object scenes, clever object and character interactions, and well designed puzzles. I enjoyed this game so much I played well past my bedtime. I can hardly wait for the next chapter in this exciting saga!

another great ers game

Good voice over and graphics. The game is pretty long and holds your interest. I love ERS games. The HO are not hard and the game is not that difficult to keep up with getting clues. Worth the money.

Another of my favourites

Thoroughly enjoyed this game. Personally, there was nothing that I didn't like. It was fun, good storyline, not too many H0 scenes and the level of challenge was good as there was a mixture of easy and hard mini-games. The game was also a good length, seemed to go on for quite a long time which I like because I feel like I've got my money's worth. Wish I'd bought the CE one now as I could have played for even longer. Definitely one of my top favourites now.

Excellent game ! Entertaining, immersive and challenging...

When the story starts, already holds you on the screen! This game very well drawn, perfecting in details (like a good movie), superior sound, great voice over and immersive storyline, will lead you to a very challenging world of interactive HOS and new enjoyable mini games. Werewolf stories are often repetitive and unattractive. In this the opposite is true! You feel inside the plot (or even part of the family), wanting help them. Outstanding atmosphere and gorgeous - or sometimes creepy - locations. Well...Only playing to understand and enjoy the quality of such game. Bravo ERS ! Highly recommend !!

Excellent sequel to the first

This review is based on the demo, but I will be purchasing. The graphics again are outstanding, bright and colorful as well as dreary and dark. The voice overs were very well done. I didn't really notice the music, so it must be ok. The storyline looked very promising and continues the werewolf theme of the first. There are 3 modes of play which is great. The HOs scenes are junkpiles with some interaction. They were also nice and clear. The puzzles were interesting, but the few I played with not overly challenging. There was a 4-way slider that I found unique, but could have been a little more difficult. I finished the demo in a little less than the hour so I would have to guess that this would be equal to my average playing time. Overall, an enjoyable game and I recommend it highly.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent

I couldn't buy this game fast enough. It had everything the first Shadow Wolf had, which was a 5 star game, and more. The storyline was exciting and original. The graphics and soundtrack were top notch. The hidden object scenes were beautifully done. The mini puzzles were fun and challenging. This is a fast paced fun game. It doesn't get any better than this.

Good as an SE

Having just finished this game, I can say it was value for money as an SE. It was nowhere good enough to be a CE. Most of it was commonsense. The graphics fell down on the HOS otherwise they were quite good. Good story, I played the 1st Shadow Wolf & will look forward to continuing the story with the next one. The only complaint I have is that HOS items are not always named correctly & I end up looking for the wrong item. Thanks BF & Devs for the entertainment value.

HOWLING GOOD GAME #2

Like part one, Curse of the Full Moon, this game was just as good if not better. The music became annoying at times so I tuned it out. My main concern was to save that little girl. I have a feeling there's a part three coming on this one. HO scenes were good, however, some of the puzzles drove me batty trying to solve so I hit that skip button more than once. LOL Again, the "ahhhh", sigh of relief, every time I found an inventory item. Excellent game!!! Looking forward to part 3??

shadow wolf mysteries: bane of the family

i thought the game had wonderful graphics and pretty good music. sometimes a little rough playing but not to where you can't figure it out. i just wish i would of played longer. i may end up buying this game.

Very Nice Game

I enjoyed everything about this game. Graphics were the type that I really like, not goofy, but kind of storybook, good story line, which is probably the most important thing in a game for me.
